Sales policy. 

Although we have an open sales policy in Europe, Africa and Asia, we will always give preferential pricing to bona fide rosette manufacturers. In addition to this we hold a range of products in exclusivity for such manufacturers.

Minimum Quantities & Print set. 

  • Orders may combine products and ribbon in any assortment.
  • We have no minimum order for sea shipment, but there is a £130 / $200 charge to cover exporting costs if the order is below £1700 / $3000. For international couirer shipment, minimum 1 standard carton (47x47x47cm) of assorted products is required.
  • Ribbon has a minimum quantity of 100 yards per colour & size.
  • Center cards without printing come free with each rosette if chosen from our stock center colours, but there is a one time none refundable set up charge of £20 / $30 for each colour required that is outside our stock center range. To see stock centers click here.
  • Hot stamped printed center cards have a setup charge of £20 / $30 per design, refundable after 3000 pcs run off.
  • Full colour printed center cards have a setup charge of £20 / $30 per design, refundable after 3000 pcs run off.
  • Application charge is £0.03 / $0.05 per imprint.
  • Sashes without printing have no minimum quantity.

Production / Delivery Times.

Generally orders up to 15,000 pieces can be completed within 20 days.

Our Maximum production capacity is currently around 10000 pcs of 1 tier rosette per day and increasing, so we can also accommodate very large orders in relatively short production schedules.

Vessel sailing time from China to the UK, EU, or the US is around 25 to 30 days.

Quality.

Quality Assurance

All our products pass through 5 layers of in house quality control.

We will send high quality digital photographs of your order by email after production is finished but before you make the balance payment so that you can be sure there are no mistakes and that the quality is fine.

Quality Guarantee

Our aim is for 100% client satisfaction so we offer One for One replacement of any defective items – even if the defect was not noticed by you in the quality assurance photos, We are always ultimately responsible for the quality of every rosette made by us – period!

Payment Terms 

Orders over £5000 / $7500 

For orders larger than £5000 / $7500 , we require 35% deposit, with balance payable after faxed copy of bill of lading.  

For orders larger than £ 30000/ $50000, we require 50% deposit, with balance payable after faxed copy of bill of lading.  

For orders larger than £ 75000/ $100000, payment terms to be negotiated relating to the logistics of the consignments and other working terms.  

Orders under £5000 / $7500 

We accept 50% TT* deposit to engage orders and then the 50% balance is payable after we fax a copy of the bill of lading** to you, showing that the goods have been shipped out and the vessel has left. Alternatively, we accept 100% payment in advance by credit card via the PayPal System (2% surcharge applicable).

* TT Telegraphic Transfer – This is a bank to bank money transfer method. We require order payments transferred to our Hong Kong bank account

 ** The bill of lading (house bill of lading) is the document that proves the goods have been loaded onto the vessel and is in effect the title deed to the goods (simply put, the holder of the document has primary control over the goods). You will need to pass the original document to Seaspace or your own nominated import agent to allow collection of goods. We pass this original document to you after receipt of the balance 50% of the payment for the order.

Packaging.

One or two tier rosettes are normally packed 100 pieces per clean inner box with poly bag lining and content labeling on the upper lid.  Multiple inner boxes are packed into a double strapped, strong export carton with content and shipping marks printed on 4 faces.  The exact quantity of products in an inner box and export carton are determined by the size and shape of the item. Ribbon will be bulk packed in clean poly bags and strong export cartons.

Sampling & Colour Chart.

Rosette samples to your specifications, together with our ribbon colour chart are available free upon request although postage and any special print set up charges are required.
